USA Sealing’s standard polycarbonate has a high light transmission meaning that it will not block light from transmitting through the panel. Optical clarity makes this panel a popular choice in many applications ranging from panel dividers to display cases. Polycarbonate is more shatterproof than plexiglass cast acrylic and a safe alternative to glass. Thin polycarbonate can be bent cold with various techniques while thicker sheets can be bent by applying heat to the surface. The properties of polycarbonate make it an ideal choice of material for DIY and professional projects at the home, office, and manufacturing facility. See the technical attributes section for specific material data on our cast acrylic panels. {CLEANING} To clean our polycarbonate sheets, begin by removing excess dust and other contaminants with a clean soft cloth or microfiber towel. Use acrylic cleaner or a solution of water and mild soap to lubricate and clean the surface. Finish off by wiping the surface dry. •Using dirty/contaminated towels can cause swirl marks and surface scratches on the cast acrylic sheets. •Avoid all alcohol-based substances/detergents when cleaning.
