Seated in one of the most widely known poses, the Padmansana Buddha is draped in complexly patterned golden folds designed to compliment a peaceful sanctuary. 15.25 inches tall. High quality hand cast poly resin finished with antiqued gold finish and patina. Attention to detail has not been spared and the original artists’ intentions have been carried through to every carved element. This seated Buddha conveys a serene expression with downcast eyes, and has elongated ear lobes and coiled hair, and beautiful folds of drapery. Weather resistant, display this fine statue both indoors or out. (While water resistant, this piece is not frost proof. Please bring indoors during extreme conditions.) Artisan cast of durable polyresin, each high-quality sculpture has been created by using a complex process that starts by pouring liquid poly-resin into a mold. Once set, the mold is broken to reveal the rough piece. When ready, artisans meticulously sand, paint and finish each piece individually resulting in fine art the home. Given the handcrafted nature of these pieces, each piece will be unique and no two will be exactly the same.
