To assure your chair mat reaches you in excellent condition, Oculus mats are shipped flat in a corrugate sleeve. Your desk chair mat will never be rolled or folded to assure it is ready when it arrives - no curled corners or misshapen mats. To assure your floor protector arrives free from scratches or scuffs, it will have a film on both flat surfaces. Remove this protective film prior to use. Since the flat mat is untextured on both sides, you can place it under the desk with either side facing up. Assure the surface under the mat is clean and dry before positioning the mat.
